ಸಂವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಉಸಿರಾಡುವ ಜೀವಂತ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜುಗಳು

ಯಾವುದೇ ದೇಶದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಉಸಿರಾಡುವ ಜೀವಂತ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜುಗಳು. ಕಾಲಕ್ಕನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಹೊಸತಾಗುತ್ತ ಬದಲಾಗಲೆಂಬ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗೆ ರಚಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ, ಶಾಸಕಾಂಗ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ವರ್ಗ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಜಡವಾಗಿರಿಸದೆ ವರ್ತಮಾನದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲವಾಗಿರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬುದೇ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ರಚನೆಯ ಮೂಲೋದ್ದೇಶ.

ಜೀವಂತ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ವಿಕಸಿಸುವ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಅನುಶಾಸನವಿರಬೇಕೇ ಹೊರತು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಪುರಾಣಗಳಂತಹ ಜಡಗ್ರಂಥವಲ್ಲ!

ಇದು ವುಡ್ ರೋ ವಿಲ್ಸನ್ 1912ರಲ್ಲೇ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ್ದು.

2018ರ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಬನ್ ನಕ್ಸಲ್, ಹರ್ಬಲ್ ನಕ್ಸಲ್, ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಡ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಕರು ಫ್ಯಾಸಿಸ್ಟ್ ಅಮೆರಿಕಾದ ಐಫೋನು, ಐಪ್ಯಾಡು, ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್, ಗೂಗಲ್ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಾ ಏನನ್ನು, ಹೇಗೆ, ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ?!

ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಉದಾರವಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲ, ಉದಾರವಾದ ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಸ್ಟ್, ನಕ್ಸಲ್, ಜಡ ಸಮಾಜವಾದವಂತೂ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ ಆಲ್ಲ!

ಸದ್ಯದ ಭಾರತದ ತುರ್ತು, ಅಪಹರಣಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗಿರುವ ಉದಾರವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟಾಕ್ ಹೋಮ್ ಸಿಂಡ್ರೋಮಿಗೊಳಗಾಗಿರುವ ಉದಾರವಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಎಡಬಿಡಂಗಿತನದಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸುವುದು.
